Transit damage
Small packets are shipped through Bluedart and Delivery or any other courier which is available at that time, If any item set up damaged during transit in that case, following action will be taken.
Minor  damage, Refund 5% of product value.
Major  damage, refund 40% of product value.
Wrong item delivery
We've very skilled packaging team & the chance of mismatch is rare. Yet, if you find any mismatch in your order or any wrong item has been delivered, following action will be taken, the wrong item will be taken back. Formerly, item reaches to Indgo solar address, full amount will be refunded.
Meanwhile, customers can go for a fresh purchase to get the same item.
Order Cancellation
Order Cancellation is allowed only till the time the order isn't transported. Once transported an order cannot be cancelled.
You can cancel your order anytime, yet with the following applicable charges.
Within 24 Hours of placing the order – 40% Penalty
After 24 Hours of placing the order – 60% Deduction of Invoice Value
After 48 Hours of placing the order- No Refund

In case of prepaid orders with online payment (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Wallet/ Bank Transfers) the refund will be done in the same payment mode as originally used while placing the order.
In most cases the refund takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, after we process your refund request.
In case the payment mode is Cheque or bank transfer (NEFT/ IMPS/ RTGS), you'll have to send us a picture of the cancelled Cheque of the account in which you would wish to receive your refund amount.

Error/ Mistake in product information on our website (error in price, specification, quantity etc.)
Wrong or incomplete details delivered while placing the order (incomplete address, wrong or no PIN Code, phone number etc.).
Product not available.
Delivery address is out of service area.
Product Return
Yet, if you want to return the product, you aren't free to return it at the time of delivery, If for any reason. Yet, in such return cases the cancellation rules will be applicable. Your amount will be refunded back to you within 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment and banks involved.
Yet we will have to assure that the product has not been used by you in any way before you asked for the return. After the product delivery no return request will be entertained.
Please assure that you check the product completely at the time of delivery. You're expected not to accept the products with any physical damage, fault. You have the option of either to refuse or to accept delivery after putting the suitable comments on the POD (proof of delivery) document. In case there's no similar comment about any kind of damage or fault or missing item, Indgo Solar would be at the liberty to not to replace or refund the order.
Product Replacement
Due to the nature of our products, we discourage the returns post satisfactory product delivery. Yet if there's any issue in the product we will be happy to help you with the right solution like replacement or the service as the case may be.
We'll replace your products till 2 days from the day of delivery at your place. The replacement would be considered in the following circumstances:
Product delivered was different from what you ordered (different model, size, make, specifications, etc.)
All the parts of the product should be complete and in functional state.
The product delivered was damaged or imperfect or used.
In all above cases of product replacement, you'll be provided with a fresh product. Refunds will be provided only if we aren't able to provide you a replacement product.
Replacement or refund won't be issued under following circumstances :
The request is made beyond the above described time span.
Missing original packaging and attachments, containing the retail box, manuals, wires, and all other items primarily included with the product at the time of delivery.
You have used the products or the product is broken in some way after the delivery.
Product isn't in the same condition as you received it.
Any attachment or consumable item which has been used or installed.
Serial Numbers of the Products are tampered with or misplaced.
Beyond this time span the Products would be repaired as per company policies of the Service and Warranty Policy.

Copy of cancelled Cheque (if payment was done by cheque/ Bank transfer). Yet, account number, bank name and IFSC Code of the branch, if cancelled Cheque isn't available for the share account holder’s name.
Reverse Pickup/ Self – ship : Once your return request is accepted, you'll be requested to repack the product with original packing and invoice. In case a reversed pickup facility isn't available at your location, please transport the parcel to our pre-informed location by courier service. The courier charges would be refunded.
Product Inspection : Once the return parcel reaches our location, we will do a thorough inspection and will initiate replacement/refund only after we're pleased with the genuineness of the return request and condition of the product. In case we find that above guidelines aren't met, we will return the product back to you without replacement/refund.

Replacement/ Refund : The replacement product will be transported to you within 7- 10 working days.
